The Project:

This customer wanted to completely renovate the front-side of the house, the old frames were visually outdated and were ineffective at keeping in the heat. We recommended the Ovolo frames and to have dummy vents to match with the old frames and keep the look in line with the neighbouring properties. The client was keen on keeping the leaded design so we included the lead on the top glass units which maintains the character of the property.

One issue for the client was the porch windows not being in line with the ground floor living room windows, they hired a construction team to raise the wall in line with the level of the living room window and we worked with them to make sure everything went as smoothly as possible. Finally the old door was replaced with a traditional composite door which really transformed the look of the front-side of the property as well as helped maintain privacy which was a concern for the client. The job took overall 3 days to fit, it completely transformed the look of the property and the customer was very pleased with the end outcome.
