The Project:

Our client had just purchased this property when they gave us a call to discuss possible work they wanted done, we recommended that the casement windows should be replaced with Georgian bars to match their neighbours and most of the house on the road. This subtle yet effective feature helps add a lot of a character to homes and with this addition our clients were delighted. We worked with our client’s construction team to make sure the sizes of the new windows for the extension were all correct and in the end the process flowed smoothly.

As for the front door our client was adamant they wanted a composite door with sidelights so we worked with them to create a door that would be satisfy our client’s expectations as well as be functionally appropriate for this property. The result was this charming navy blue espirit composite door with a diamond glass patern and obscured side lights which help bring in plenty of light in the ground floor hallway and maintain privacy which was a key concern for our client. As you can see from the before and after images, we replaced the old windows with brand new flush uPVC windows, We managed to order and install the new windows within three weeks, helping to keep this couple’s renovation on track which they were very happy about.
