Replacement done in Southgate N14 – Rehau Bay Windows and Casement Window

Some homeowners choose to replace their windows to update the look of their property, but many also understand how new windows and doors can help increase functionality throughout their home, eliminating the problems caused by old fittings. This is precisely what our customer was experiencing at their home in Southgate recently.

How the Project went:

Our client faced problems in shutting the windows (especially the bay windows) as well as letting in draught and problems with condensation on certain glass units. Having being personally recommended by another previous client in the area we made sure to provide a competitive quote which the client was happy to accept. The client was certain in that he wanted Rehau frames which are the premium range of frames we supply, he also wanted to change the lead design to create a more modern look for the house.

We showed the client several designs that we were able to achieve with the sizes and openings of these windows and he decided upon this configuration. In the small box room we recommended to switch the openings of the window to better match the configuration of the room which in the end the client was very pleased about. Overall this job took 3 days to fit and the installation allowed our client to enjoy how much warmer and quitter the house feels. These uPVC windows provide great security, weather protection and thermal efficiency, solving the issues previously experienced by our client. Our customer was so pleased with the quality of the installation, recognising the quality of our work, they have already recommended us to other people in the area.
