The Project:

Our client wanted one large Schuco door at the back of the property where the extension was taking place however upon survey we recommended for him to split it into 2 doors for functionality. Our team installed the 5 part and 4 part split white bifolding doors which helped achieve a ‘wow’ factor, spanning the back of the house to give a light and airy feel to the newly created extension space. Our client felt these doors were their special purchases, pulling everything together for a great finish. Along with this several casement windows and a bay window was installed all with dummy vents to create a uniform look and with leaded glass on the front side of the house to maintain the character of the property.

We were working alongside our client’s construction team who created an opening for the casement window above the door and helped to convert the upstairs bay window into a casement window at the behest of our client’s wishes. Finally we worked with the client to design their ideal door and came up with this stunning yet elegant black espirit door with a traditional knocker and handle. This job took 2 visits and overall 4 days to fully complete, the result was the complete makeover of this aging property into a modern home which our clients were eager to move back into after the renovation was complete.
